About Janet E. Norton
Janet E. Norton has run a solo anti-aging and age-management practice on Staten Island, New York, since 1994, after previously practicing as a general surgeon. She moved into anti-aging medicine following her own experience with bioidentical hormones, studying through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and passing its written and oral examinations. Her practice centers on bioidentical hormone replacement for menopause, perimenopause, testosterone deficiency in men and women, adrenal fatigue and thyroid conditions, prescribed as transdermal creams or sublingual preparations rather than injections. She earned her MD at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1982 and a JD at Rutgers University School of Law in 2006.
