About James A. Gohar
Dr. James A. Gohar is a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist with over 20 years of experience in women's health and the co-founder of Viva Eve. He took ownership of Forest Hills Medical Services in 2013, established the specialty women's outpatient surgery practice Viva Eve in 2016, and launched the consolidated Viva Eve practice in 2021. He earned his medical degree at Cairo University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia. He serves as a Clinical Instructor at Weill Cornell School of Medicine and an attending Ob/Gyn at Mount Sinai West and New York Presbyterian Hospital. He is a member of ACOG, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the AAGL.
