About Jackie McDonald
Jackie McDonald, DNP, IFMCP is the founder and principal owner of Modern Health, LLC, a telehealth functional medicine practice serving Mississippi. Before founding the practice she spent twelve years as a nurse practitioner in gynecologic oncology at St. Dominic Hospital, and she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with research on hereditary cancer mutations. She trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine and completed further education with the Society for Senescence Research and Practice in peptide and cellular medicine, and is a lifetime member of the BHRT Training Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her focus is hormone replacement therapy for perimenopause and menopause.
