Dr. Hooman Khorasani is a quadruple board-certified dermatologic and cosmetic surgeon in private practice in the Flatiron District of Manhattan. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA, earned his MD with highest distinction from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, completed dermatology residency at New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital as chief resident, and completed a Mohs/procedural dermatology fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He previously served as Chief of Dermatologic and Cosmetic Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital, directed its Mohs and cosmetic surgery fellowship programs, and co-founded the Tisch Cancer Institute's melanoma and skin cancer center. His website states he has performed more than 16,000 skin cancer surgeries and 15,000 aesthetic procedures. He is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and is fluent in English, Farsi, and Swedish.
