About Harold Kaplan

Harold J. Kaplan, MD, FACS is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and a founder of Celibre Medical Corporation in Torrance, California, where he serves as supervising physician and approves the practice's standardized procedures. He has 45 years of experience in facial plastic surgery and cosmetic lasers and has been licensed to practise medicine in California since 1972. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin and the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University, followed by five years of postgraduate training at UCLA. He was a clinical associate professor of surgery at UCLA and director of facial plastic surgery at UCLA-Harbor General Hospital, and has published 15 professional journal articles.
