About Haley McIntosh
Haley McIntosh is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at BodyLogicMD of Salt Lake City, where she specialises in functional medicine, hormone optimization and preventive care. She works with patients on hormonal imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, fatigue and weight management. Her medical career spans more than a decade: she began as a phlebotomist and later worked as a scrub tech and labor and delivery nurse, gaining experience in surgical and perinatal care before deepening her focus on functional and integrative approaches. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, and is trained in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, weight loss management, IV therapy and aesthetic medicine.
