About Habeeb Hussein
Habeeb Hussein, MD, MPH is a board-certified internal medicine physician and certified functional medicine practitioner at Integrative Wellness Fx in Dallas. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Duhok College of Medicine, a Master of Public Health in research epidemiology at Loma Linda University School of Public Health as a Fulbright Scholarship recipient, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. He holds functional medicine certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine and is also certified by the Kalish Institute. His stated focus areas include gut health, hormone therapy, cardiometabolics, autoimmunity, chronic illness, thyroid care, detoxification, medical weight loss and mental health, and he offers bioidentical hormone replacement, nutraceutical protocols and IV nutrition.
