About Gregory Fryer

Gregory Fryer, MD, is the founder of Medical Direct Care in Clarksville, Tennessee, and has been in practice for over 24 years. He completed an internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii followed by a family medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Georgia, and served as a staff family medicine physician for more than 18 years before opening his own practice. He trained in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and combines that approach with conventional family medicine and cardiometabolic testing.
