About Grady Donohoe
Grady Donohoe is a chiropractic physician practicing functional medicine at Dr. Houston Anderson's clinics in Mesa and Scottsdale, Arizona. He first encountered chiropractic as a child competing in wrestling, visiting his chiropractor regularly and becoming interested in the relief and increased function that followed each appointment. He discovered functional medicine in chiropractic school, where the idea of using specific diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations to help the body balance, self-regulate and heal from chronic degenerative disease became a lasting focus. That interest is also personal: he was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2006 and says that applying functional medicine concepts has given him control of his condition. He grew up in Kearney, Nebraska, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a bachelor's degree in health sciences, and graduated summa cum laude from Logan University with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Beyond the standard curriculum he has accumulated more than 500 hours of education in functional medicine, applied kinesiology, nutrition and advanced chiropractic techniques. Solo chiropractic and functional medicine practice in Mesa, Arizona, combining functional medicine with applied kinesiology, functional nutrition, chiropractic care, and PEMF therapy.
