About Gary Mendese
Dr. Gary Mendese is a Boston-hospital trained Mohs surgeon and dermatologist practicing in Dover, New Hampshire. He is double board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery, and primarily practices Mohs surgery to remove and reconstruct high-risk skin cancers. He studied microbiology at UMass Amherst and earned his Doctor of Medicine at UMass Medical School with Alpha Omega Alpha honors, completed his dermatology residency at the combined Boston University/Tufts University program as Chief Resident, and completed an ACMS-approved Mohs Surgery fellowship in 2012. He is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Tufts University School of Medicine and Vice President of the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology.
