About Erin Montgomery
Erin Montgomery is a nurse practitioner and co-founder of IVRS Wellness Center in Amarillo, Texas. She helped found the clinic in 2016 alongside chief executive James Marlin and has played a central role in shaping it into a personalised wellness practice serving the Texas Panhandle. Her clinical approach is grounded in functional medicine and treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, working with patients to build individualised treatment plans aimed at long-term health. Her work spans the clinic's hormone therapy, peptide therapy, intravenous therapy and primary medical care lines, with an emphasis on patient education.
