About Eric Adams
Dr. Eric A. Adams attended the University of Notre Dame, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Studies in 1987, and graduated from the University of Alabama medical school in 1991. After a general internship at Crozer-Chester Medical Center near Philadelphia he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Pittsburgh in 1995, and has since been in private practice with Medical & Surgical Eye Specialists. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, most recently recertified January 1, 2008. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and the Medical Society of Virginia, and is on the community faculty for the Department of Ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
