About Emily Kopek
Emily Kopek, PA-C, founded Restorative Functional Medicine after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis at age 13. She earned a BS in Kinesiology from William & Mary, an MS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, and a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville. She previously practiced women's health and family/primary care before moving into functional medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness.
