About Donald Posner
Dr. Donald Posner is a native of Opelousas, Louisiana who attended LSU in Baton Rouge as a pre-med undergraduate and graduated from medical school in Shreveport in 1981. He completed his internship and dermatology residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where he was named chief resident in his final year. He then joined Drs. Resneck and Clemons at their previous office on Olive Street in Shreveport. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is a past president of the Shreveport Medical Society. His interests are general medical dermatology and skin surgery.
