About Dennis Page
Dennis Page, MD is the owner and operator of BodyLogicMD of Salt Lake City, where he treats women and men for symptoms of hormonal imbalance related to perimenopause, menopause, andropause, thyroid disorder and adrenal fatigue. He offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy integrated with customised nutrition and fitness regimens. He earned a BS from Brigham Young University in 1985 and his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences / Chicago Medical School in 1992, completed an internship in preliminary medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, and completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Michigan hospital. His move into integrative and functional medicine grew out of his experience as an anesthesiologist and pain management specialist, where he concluded that many surgical and pharmaceutical solutions were treating the end result of preventable conditions. He is board certified in anesthesiology and a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine.
