About Deepa Verma
Deepa Verma is the founder of Synergistiq Wellness in Clearwater, Florida, and is double board-certified in family medicine and integrative functional medicine. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers Medical School, formerly Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed her family medicine residency at Somerset Medical Center, where she was elected chief resident. She founded the practice in 2013 as Synergistiq Integrative Health after moving away from conventional symptom-focused practice, and treats patients by addressing root causes. She also draws on Ayurvedic principles and works as an author, blogger, and television contributor.
