About Darren Malone
Dr. Darren Malone is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a native of Cherokee, Alabama. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, graduating Cum Laude, then attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where he received the Sarah F. Davis Award for best all-around medical student in his class. He completed his internship and ophthalmology residency at the Jones Eye Institute in Arkansas. He specializes in cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology.
