About Dani Flute

Dani Flute is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and co-founder of Era Health & Hormone in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She specializes in hormone replacement therapy and functional health. Before founding the practice she worked as an intensive care unit nurse and practiced family medicine, later extending her experience into neurosurgery, organ transplant and otolaryngology. Her stated approach focuses on identifying underlying causes rather than treating symptoms, with individualized treatment plans.
