About Dallas Peak

Dallas Peak, MD, FACEP, IFMCP is a co-founder and physician at Indiana Center for Functional Medicine in Greenwood, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and trained in emergency medicine at I.U. Health Methodist Hospital, practicing emergency medicine for many years before moving into functional medicine. He earned Certified Practitioner status from the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2019, is an ADAPT Trained Practitioner through the Kresser Institute, and has been a Qualified ReCODE Report practitioner since 2018, completing ReCODE 2.0 advanced training through Apollo Health in 2020 and training at the Kharrazian Institute in 2023. His clinical focus includes cognitive decline, thyroid and hormone evaluation, and gastrointestinal complaints.
