Crystal Dillett, APNP is a family nurse practitioner and the founder of ProVita Wellness in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She spent over 12 years in conventional medicine caring for patients with chronic illness before turning to functional medicine. She has completed advanced training through both the American Academy of Functional Health and the Institute for Functional Medicine, and is a certified functional and nutritional medicine provider. Her clinical focus is complex, chronic conditions, with additional training in mold-related illness, Lyme disease and dysautonomia.
