About Colleen Trnka
Colleen Trnka, DNP, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner at The Well Longevity Health in Chicago, Illinois, with 18 years in healthcare. She began as a nursing assistant while completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Saint Xavier University, then spent 11 years caring for critically ill patients in medical intensive care units at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Rush University Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner in 2019. She has since worked in outpatient settings providing preventative, chronic, and acute care management across the lifespan, with an emphasis on patient education and evidence-based care.
