About Colin Bacorn
Colin Bacorn, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon at American Eye Associates in San Diego County and Imperial County, California. He routinely performs eyelid, orbital and tear duct procedures including blepharoplasty, eyelid malposition repair, and reconstruction after skin cancer treatment and trauma. He earned a BS in Chemical Engineering cum laude from Rice University and his MD from Washington University in St. Louis, then completed an internship at Northwell Health Long Island Jewish/North Shore Hospitals and an ophthalmology residency at the University of California Davis, where he was co-chief resident. His fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery was at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles across ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery, and sees patients at the El Centro and Escondido offices, with Temecula listed as coming soon.
