Christopher J. Price, DDS, MD is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who provides medical oversight for the injection and medical staff at Cosmedics Med Spa in Lehi, Utah. He earned his MD from UT Southwestern and his DDS from Columbia University, and completed a six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at UT Southwestern/Parkland followed by a cosmetic surgery fellowship. He has practiced in Utah since 2008 and founded Utah Facial and Oral Surgery in 2014.
