About Cheri Dersam

Dr. Cheri Dersam is the physician behind Integrative Medicine of Arizona in Scottsdale, where she focuses on brain and cardiovascular health. She holds a bachelor of science in biochemistry and a medical degree from the University of Arizona, completed residency training in emergency medicine at Texas A&M/Scott & White Hospital, and completed fellowship training at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She is an IFM certified functional medicine practitioner and a certified provider of the Dale Bredesen ReCODE protocol. She previously ran an urgent care practice before her own Hashimoto's thyroiditis diagnosis redirected her toward integrative and functional medicine.
