About Dr. Charles Aprill
Mihnea Dumitrescu, MD is the founder of Precision Regenerative and Functional Medicine, which he established in Austin, Texas in 2007 as Precision Pain Consultants before evolving it into a combined regenerative and functional medicine practice in 2018. He completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at LSU and an interventional spine and pain fellowship, and now offers bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, and regenerative orthopedic treatments including PRP, prolotherapy, and stem cell therapy.
