About Carrie Lembach

Carrie A. Lembach, DO is an ophthalmologist with Arena Eye Surgeons in Columbus and Delaware, Ohio, specialising in cornea and external disease. She has been certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 2009. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003 after graduating cum laude in biology from John Carroll University, completed a transitional year internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital, an ophthalmology residency at Ohio State University and a cornea and external disease fellowship there. She has been medical director of the Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank, sits on the Eye Bank Association of America accreditation board, and is adjunct faculty in the Ohio Dominican University physician assistant programme.
