About Carol White
Carol A. White, DNP, RN is a nurse practitioner and the founder of Functional Medicine Partners in Syracuse, Indiana, which she formed in 2025. She earned a BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1992, a dual master's degree in community health nursing and as an adult and geriatric nurse practitioner in 2000, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009. She is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner, a geriatric nurse practitioner and a certified nurse life care planner, and is certified as a functional medicine practitioner. She has practiced as a licensed nurse for 33 years and as a nurse practitioner for 25, and previously served as a nursing professor and chair of the geriatric nurse practitioner program at Indiana Wesleyan University.
