About Carlo Rob Bernardino

Dr. Carlo Rob Bernardino is an oculoplastic surgeon who joined Vantage Eye Center in 2010. He attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency and chief residency in ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital. He completed a two-year fellowship in oculoplastics, ocular oncology and ophthalmic pathology at Harvard's Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Emory University from 2003 to 2007, then as Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, residency program director and director of oculoplastics and orbital surgery at Yale University School of Medicine from 2007 to 2010. His practice includes reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and orbit, and he authored the textbook Yale Guide to Ophthalmic Surgery.
