Before founding the practice she spent over a decade in nursing leadership and corporate healthcare, most notably at HCA, with experience spanning critical care nursing, hospital operations and healthcare business. She holds a BSN, a master's in nursing administration, an MBA with a healthcare focus and a doctorate in nursing practice.
