About Brittney Tihen

Brittney Tihen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Vitality Medical and Wellness Consulting in St. Louis, credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with nearly 12 years of experience across academic and private practice. She holds a BS from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master's degree from Maryville University, and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International. She also holds the Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Her focus is exercise physiology, metabolic health, sustainable weight loss, hormone balance and cardiometabolic health for women from pregnancy planning through perimenopause.
