About Brian L. Chang
Dr. Brian L. Chang is a board-certified plastic surgeon offering cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body across four DMV locations. He completed his plastic surgery training at Georgetown University, where he published over 50 journal articles, textbook chapters, and conference abstracts, and won the Junior and Senior Resident Performance Awards. His research was awarded Best Presentation by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and Best Paper of the Year by Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He sought additional specialized training in advanced facial aesthetics in Seoul, Korea, completing a Fellowship in Facial Aesthetic Surgery. He holds active medical licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
