Dr. Barry S. Handler is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in private practice in San Diego, California, where he has practised since October 1999. He completed a general surgery residency at St. Louis University Medical Center from 1989 to 1995, followed by plastic surgery training there from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999 he was an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Louis University Medical Center and Chief of the Plastic Surgery Section at the St. Louis VA Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic surgery.
