About Barbara Bopp

Dr. Barbara Bopp is a board-certified dermatologist with more than 25 years of experience in physician-directed skin care, non-ablative cosmetic laser therapy, general dermatology, and filler injectables. She attended Newcomb College of Tulane University, earned her MD from Tulane University School of Medicine, and completed a four-year residency there in general dermatology and cosmetic dermatological surgery. She practices alongside her husband, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Felix Bopp, in Metairie, Louisiana, and launched the Heads Up program training hair stylists to spot skin cancer. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
