About Annette Chavez
Annette Chavez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than two decades of experience in nursing and patient care, practicing at Optimal Hormone Center in Tucson, Arizona. She began her career in 2000 in neonatal intensive care, pediatrics and women's health, and later worked within a Federally Qualified Health Center, which shaped her focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
