About Angela Jordan
Angela Jordan, DNP, FNP-C, RN, ACLM is a doctorate-level family nurse practitioner and integrative medicine provider at Reveal Vitality in Sarasota, Florida, with over 15 years in functional and holistic healthcare and more than 30 years in healthcare overall. A lifelong Manatee County resident, she began her nursing career in the 1990s in the emergency department at Manatee Memorial Hospital before moving into integrative medicine. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and family nurse practitioner credential at Florida State University and is a Research Genetics Cancer Center certified practitioner and an Evexipel HRT certified practitioner. She is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. Her clinical interests include chronic illness management, Lyme disease, cancer support, autoimmune disorders, POTS, PANS/PANDAS, mold toxicity, and hormone and thyroid optimization.
