About Angela Fernandez
Angela Fernandez, NP practices anti-aging and preventative medicine at BodyLogicMD of Salt Lake City. She brings nearly a decade of experience in functional and integrative medicine, specialising in hormone optimization, peptide therapy and regenerative medicine. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and materials engineering from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, a certified functional medicine practitioner and a certified personal trainer, and a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine.
