Amy Loden Tiffany is the founder and lead physician of Vitality Medical and Wellness Consulting in St. Louis, Missouri, with more than 15 years of experience. She earned her MD from the University of Missouri School of Medicine at the top of her class, completed residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is board certified in internal medicine, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, and health and wellness coaching, and has been credentialed by The Menopause Society since 2014. She is also an author and TEDx speaker.
