About Ami Bhattacharya

Ami Bhattacharya, PA-C is a physician assistant at Signature Dermatology and Aesthetics, practising at its Plano, Texas office. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin with a dual degree in Business Honors and Management Information Systems, then earned her master's in physician assistant studies from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2006. She has practised alongside Dr. Bryan Selkin ever since, more than fifteen years. She treats acne, eczema and psoriasis in both adults and children, performs routine skin examinations and skin cancer detection and treatment, and administers cosmetic Botox. She is active in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
