About Amanda Carter
Amanda Carter is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Practitioner at Enhanced Wellness Living with 14 years of experience in the medical field. She earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Holmes Community College in 2012 and began her career as a Registered Nurse in gynecology/oncology and perioperative services at St. Dominic Hospital and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In 2021 she completed her Master of Science in Nursing, earning certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and in 2023 completed a Functional Medicine Fellowship with the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She has a particular interest in sexual health and hormone therapies.
