About Alison Relat
Dr. Alison Relat, ND, is the founder and sole naturopathic physician at Pure Balance Naturopathic Medicine, licensed to practice in the District of Columbia. She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, and completed the Women's Functional & Integrative Medicine Professional Program with Aviva Romm, MD, in 2021. She has served on the board of the DC Association of Naturopathic Physicians and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Her practice focuses on hormone health, sports medicine, healthy aging, preconception and fertility, gastrointestinal health, and immune health.
