About Alicia Alvarado
Alicia Alvarado is the family nurse practitioner who leads Health 2:24 Functional Wellness Center in Richmond, Kentucky. She graduated in 2016 as a family nurse practitioner and subsequently studied for two years with a doctor of osteopathy. She moved into functional medicine and works as a wellness practitioner focused on addressing root causes rather than treating symptoms alone. She completed certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and uses the clinic's Healthy Immersion Program as a core tool with clients.
