About Ali Nickell

Ali Nickell is a physician assistant at Solutions Functional Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky, and was the first physician assistant to join the practice. She is nationally certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience in primary care, practicing in Kentucky and Colorado, where she developed an interest in preventative and functional medicine, nutrition and holistic care. Her clinical focus includes evidence-based options for women navigating perimenopause.
