About Alexandra Birkett
Alexandra "Allie" Birkett is a board-certified physician assistant at Revive Wellness and Rejuvenation Center in Glendale, Arizona, and the founder of its North Phoenix Wellness functional medicine line. She earned her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, and has over 12 years of healthcare experience across family medicine and urgent care, including six years in the United States Air Force practising family medicine in rural settings and two terms serving veterans at the VA. She is certified in regenerative and anti-aging medicine by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She specialises in hormone optimization, menopause, medically supervised weight loss, gut health, anti-aging therapies and disease prevention, and is the practice's most experienced regenerative medicine clinician.
