Dr. Aimee Oliver founded and leads Dr. Aimee Oliver, Functional Medicine, a functional medicine clinic in San Antonio, Texas. She began her career providing in-home medical care to patients with complex health needs, including elderly, frail and homebound individuals. After returning to her hometown of San Antonio she transitioned back into regular clinical practice and refocused her work on preventive care, with the stated aim of helping patients avoid the chronic illnesses and extensive medication regimens she encountered in in-home practice. Her clinic offers functional medicine consultations, bioidentical hormone optimization including in-office pellet therapy, ozone steam sauna therapy, gut health and stool testing, and red-light laser weight loss and body contouring. Her testing menu covers genetic, food sensitivity and micronutrient testing.
