About Ahmet Bedestani

Ahmet Bedestani, MD is a urogynecologist at Southeast Urogyn in Mississippi whose primary interest is the use of robotic technology for advanced prolapse repair. He earned his MD from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, New Jersey in 2003, completed his internship and residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2007, and completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2010. He treats pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, revision of prior pelvic surgeries, and urinary and fecal incontinence. He holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with a specialised board certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
