About Adam De Fazio
Dr. Adam De Fazio is an Ivy League educated urologist and attorney who established a concierge urologic practice in Miami. He completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, a postbaccalaureate pre-medical program at Harvard University, and his Doctor of Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed general surgery training and urologic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota, gaining extensive experience in reconstructive urology, prosthetic urology, and urethral reconstruction. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology and a member of the American Urologic Association and the International Society for Sexual Medicine. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
