Adam Chavez is a doctor of nursing practice and board-certified family nurse practitioner, and the founder and medical director of Wellness Redefined in Naperville, Illinois. Chicago-born and fluent in English and Spanish, he has more than eleven years of experience across primary care, urgent care, obesity medicine and addiction medicine. He holds specialized certifications in hormone replacement therapy for men and women, peptide therapy, thyroid optimization, obesity medicine and longevity healthcare. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Obesity Medicine Association, Seeds Scientific Research and Performance, and the Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
