Dr CJ Prather is the founder and medical director of Zentopia Medical Spa, located in Sunrise, FL. She specializes in Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, micro needling, IV fluid, and vitamin therapy, combining her clinical skills with a naturally artistic eye. With a lifelong love for creativity and precision — inspired by her father, a builder — Dr. Prather brings a mechanical mind and aesthetic vision to every treatment. She believes that aesthetic medicine is not only medically significant, but also fun and deeply rewarding. “There’s nothing better than helping someone look in the mirror and feel genuinely happy,” she says. Outside of the spa, Dr. Prather is a vibrant and active mother of three. She recharges through Zumba, swimming, and boating. She shares her love of health and purpose with her husband, a fellow physician. Grounded in love for her family and deep care for her clients, Dr. Prather has created a space where confidence, beauty, and well-being meet.
