Your Wellness Center is a family-owned wellness clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio, established in November 2013 and trading as a DBA of KeyPointe Medical Weight Loss & Wellness LLC. It began as a medical weight loss practice and expanded into natural hormone replacement therapy, adding a sexual medicine certification in August 2017 that enabled treatment of urinary incontinence, vaginal laxity and erectile dysfunction using PRP, diVa and ZWave. The team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and a registered dietitian, and services span hormone therapy for women, testosterone therapy for men, thyroid therapy, IV therapy, semaglutide weight loss, food sensitivity testing and brain health assessment. The practice does not accept insurance, charges no membership or contract fees, and requires bloodwork to be completed in its own office.
