Founded by Dr. Alexis McRae MD in 2017, YOUR BEST YOU Medical Spa is an appointment only, boutique medical practice specializing in skincare, rejuvenation, lifestyle, health & wellness services. Dr. Alexis McRae MD, graduated from Penn State College of Medicine in 1998. She completed her residency training in Emergency Medicine at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. In 2001 she accepted a position as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Emergency Medicine at Duke University Medical Center and relocated to Durham North Carolina. In 2006, Dr. McRae relocated to the Triad area where she continued to practice Emergency Medicine as an Independent contractor and travelled to many underserved areas within the United States providing Emergency Medical Care. .
